Amy Mitchell

Amy is an exceptionally knowledgable and clinically talented Certified Veterinary Technician. She comes to us with almost a decade’s worth of emergency and critical care experience. Being one of only a hand-full of Licensed Veterinary Technicians in Wisconsin, Amy is in charge of patient catheter placement, sedation protocols, running general anesthesia, patient recovery, taking orthopedic-specific xrays, and training others. She is also in charge of some of the most technologically advanced equipment available in veterinary medicine, which includes maintenance and sterilization of high quality drills and implants. Her patient care and handling skills are impeccable as Amy has two dogs, two cats, and seven guinea pigs of her own. During her time off Amy loves to spend time with her family and go on runs.

Davinder is a multi-disciplinary Surgery Assistant. His role is essential in helping anesthetize patients, clipping, prepping, and moving them into the operating room. He is also responsible for taking orthopedic-specific xrays and scrubbing into nearly every surgery. Once in the operating room his surgical assisting involves performing a sterile prep of patients, draping patients, sterilely opening packs/setting up the operating table, retraction of tissues, assistance with suction/cautery, and putting together drill parts during different stages of TPLO/fracture cases. In his time outside of veterinary work Davinder helps his parents run a family-owned business.
