Clinic Administrator
The clinic administrator keeps our hospital running smoothly behind the scenes. This role manages daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, overseeing superior client experience, and compliance with veterinary regulations. By coordinating the business side of the clinic, the administrator allows our medical team to stay focused on patient care.
Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT)
Certified Veterinary Technicians are the backbone of patient care. They administered/monitor anesthesia, provide nursing care, run lab tests, take X-rays, and support doctors in diagnosing and treating patients. CVTs also educate pet owners and make sure each animal is cared for with skill and compassion.
Assistants
Assistants work directly with the surgical team to help prepare patients for procedures, set up operating areas, and monitor patients during recovery. They also support our CVTs and surgical team by ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned, packed, sterilized and ready for use.
Client Care Coordinator
Our front desk team is the first friendly face clients meet when they arrive. They handle phone calls, schedule appointments, check patients in and out, and guide clients through paperwork and payment. By providing excellent customer service, our front desk staff make visits to the clinic smooth and welcoming.
